Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from your order history at any time while it's in "Confirmed" or "Processing" status. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be self-cancelled — please refer to Returns below, or contact us.

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.

Footwear showing signs of wear, damage, or altered soles is not eligible for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item (or of a self-cancellation, for prepaid orders). Cash-on-delivery order refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit, as you prefer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping cost to you.
